- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0067 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 13 May 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87 and DPN 20160510. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541519. The Governments requirements are for for Oracle Systems Engineer Support for III MEF Logistics Systems Coordination Office (LSCO) on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Base Year 0001: Technical System Engineer --- 24 months (Estimated) Note: Estimated: Two (2) Technical System Engineers x 12 months = 24 months. 0002: Reimbursable Travel Expense --- $30,000.00 (Not to Exceed) Option Year 1 thru Option Year 3 1001, 2001, and 3001: Technical System Engineer --- 48 months (Estimated) Note: Estimated: Four (4) Technical System Engineers x 12 months = 48 months. 1002, 2002, and 3002: Reimbursable Travel Expense --- $50,000.00 (Not to Exceed) The Government may make single award to the responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004Alt I unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0046.
