This is a sources sought seeking the following from a SDVOSB or VOSB: Salient Characteristics Advanced RF w/Cool RF 1. The system must be designed to perform RF on Multiple lesions (4) 2. The system must be able to perform pulsed RF 3. The system must be able to perform bi polar RF 4. The system must be able to perform standard RF 5. The system must be able to perform Biacuplasty RF 6. The system must be able to perform Cooled RF 7. The system must be able to perform Water cooled Treatment for SIJ Syndrome 8. The system must be able to perform Water cooled Treatment for Thoracic Facet Pain 9. The system must be able to perform RF Annuloplasty (RFA) also known as Disctrode 10. The system must be able to perform IDET procedure capability 11. Must perform system calibrations when started 12.
