Description

Solicitation Number:VA246-16-Q-0708 Notice Type:Solicitation The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration. Network Contracting Office 16, intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) from potential sources capable of providing and furnishing all management, equipment inclusive of parts, material and labor required to provide, support and maintain in good working condition Basic Cable TV programming and installation service, and 5mb/sec Internet High Speed Internet Service along with Preventive Maintenance Inspections and Intervening services to the SLVHCS facilities located in the general Slidell and Hammond Louisiana area The anticipated contract Period of Performance (POP) shall be for an initial twelve (12) month period effective on or about July 01, 2016 thru June 20, 2017 with up to four (4) one-year extension options through June 30, 2021. Extension option years will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be restricted small business. The requirement NAICS code shall be 517110.
