- Description
- 1) Programmable RF attenuators. The attenuators must operate over a frequency range of 0.5- 18 GHz, have sma connectors, and offer 60 dB of total attenuation with 0.06 dB steps. (Quantity - 6 each). *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Pasternack Enterprises, Inc., 17802 Fitch, Irvine, CA 92614 due to unique capability. Paternack Enterprises, Inc. is the only known company that operates over the entire RF frequency range with 60 dB total attenuation in 0.06 dB steps. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed by consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
