- JWAC intends to procure brand name or equal requirement Cherwell software. ACC-AMIC, on behalf of the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), intends to procure brand name or equal requirement for software on behalf of the JWAC. This is a brand name or equal procurement for Cherwell software. Cherwell software is currently used by JWAC. NAICS - 511210, Size Standard - $38,500,000.00 apply. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing shall be FOB Destination to the JWAC, 18405 Frontage Rd Bldg. 1451, Dahlgren, VA 22448. Attn: Software Manager. Specific items to be procured include a 12-month base and four (4) option years (Period of Performance: 01 June 2016 - 31 May 2021): Cherwell, or equivalent software application meeting the requirements document's needs, Annual License Maintenance Renewal and Support for 12 months. 35 total licenses required, including 6 fixed and 29 floating. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM database by accessing the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds with an anticipated award date expected by 01 June 2016.
