- Description
- DLA is soliciting to establish a Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of three years and an option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The solicitation is for weapon system support for various applications to use on multiple DOD aircrafts. The total duration of the IQC shall not exceed five years. The items are solicited as a SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. There is a population of 8 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) being solicited. Pricing will be evaluated based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD)quantity. The estimated annual quantities for the applicable NSNs vary with each NSN and will be noted in the solicitation. Evaluation is on a line-by-line basis and may result in mutliple awards. The quantities will be the same for the base and option periods. Inspection/Acceptance requirements and delivery schedule will be noted on the solicitation. FOB Destnation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or around June 3, 2016 with a closing date is July 8, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Offers through DIBBS are unacceptable. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Reverse Auction may be conducted.
