Description
Description: LTC PROJECT for NSN 1560-01-088-1712, PR: 1000047313, NOMENCLATURE: Support Assy, Engine Control, Item is used on HH-60U, UH-60A, Blackhawk. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This item is AMC/AMSC: 1C (Configuration Control) by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, cage 78286, P/N 70301-10008-044. The other approved source is Master Research & Manufacturing, Inc., cage 9U245. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one, one-year Base period and four, one-year Option Periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 72 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 18 each for the Base Period only. The required production lead-time is 290 days for production (after First Article /Production Lot Testing/approval and evaluation.) Duration of contract period is 60 months. Requirement is Unrestricted Procurement. Item, is an Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI), Export Control, First Article Testing/Production Lot Testing Government are required. Surge and Sustainment are required. The end item is the Blackhawk Aircraft. PPIRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
