- Solicitation Number: FA8307-16-R-0141 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis Title: Repair Digital Receiver (1) and RFT3A Receiver Cards (4) OEM: Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. CAGE Code: 1CAK9 Classification Code: J059 NAICS Code: 811219 AFLCMC/HNCK Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Contracting Branch Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, San Antonio, TX, is seeking vendors who have the capability to perform Fixed Price repair of: one (1) each DRT1211C Digital Receiver and four (4) each RFT3A-40 RFT3A Receiver Cards. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is known to be Digital Receiver Technology, Inc. Potential vendors will be required to inspect, disassemble, and perform functional test, as necessary, to determine the labor and material necessary to return items to a serviceable condition, in accordance with the OEM's specifications and drawings. Note: The Government does not own nor does it have in its possession: OEM technical data/drawings/technical orders to accomplish these repairs. Upon completion of the Teardown Evaluations, the contractor shall submit to the Contracting Officer, a work proposal citing all labor and materials required to bring the items to serviceable conditions. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for repair. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) days of this publication at alfie.ritchey@us.af.mil. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8 (a) or woman owned business and whether they are located in the U.S. or foreign owned. An AFLCMC Ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution.
