- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The Fargo VA Health Care System (FVAHCS) requires on-site 1.5 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Department Physician services for beneficiaries of the FVAHCS. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 62111 'Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists),' with a size standard of $11.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be VA263-16-R-0352. The solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month options to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about June 2, 2016 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Once the solicitation has been posted, questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and may be sent via email to: scott.hendrix@va.gov. Proposals must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
