- Sources Sought Market Research Questionairre Draft PWS The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract for Maintenance of a 4 Bay Test Cell Facility. Work includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials and tools necessary to maintain a clean, safe, fully operational Maintenance of 4 Bay Test Cell Facility, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan in accordance with Air Force and manufacturer's manuals, meeting all commercial and industry standards, as prescribed in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall maintain the facility at a fully operational level. Operation and maintenance primarily includes, but is not limited to: • Preventive Maintenance • Installation, service, and replacement of Equipment • Maintenance/Repair Calls Please consider filling out the Market Research Questionaire and returning to kimberly.madorran.1@us.af.mil. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 15 June 2016: https://www.fbo.gov/. Closing date of this solicitation will be 30 calendar days after the issue date. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach or obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. **NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRY BY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
