- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (Western) intends to issue a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for facility maintenance services throughout the Upper Great Plains region which consist of a seven state area including Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa. The successful contractor will be required to provide labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete the Task Orders awarded under this contract. The principal components of the work involves repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing building and site facilities and will include: exterior and interior repairs, maintenance and upgrades of concrete foundations, carpentry, steel framework, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and finish work; and the demolition of existing buildings and site facilities at multiple locations throughout the region. The minimum guarantee under this contract will be $50,000 and will have a maximum limitation of $5,000,000. The performance period of this contract will be 36 continuous months from the date of award. The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 with a size standard of 36.5 Million. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 7th, 2016 and the projected bid opening date is July 13th, 2016.
