- Proposal Closing Date Extension AMENDMENT 01- PROPOSAL DEADLINE EXTENSION The reason for this amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation due to the governments need for additional time to adequately address questions submitted. This solicitation is hereby amended. All proposals are due no later than 9 June 2016 at 3:00 pm. est. The deadline for questions has passed and no further questions will be taken into consideration. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: (a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning 1 copy of this amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by telegram or letter, provided each telegram or letter makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified. -END AMENDMENT 01- In addition to the synopsis stated above, offerors will be required to complete and return the pricing schedule attached to this solicitation. The opening date for this solicitation is today 5/2/16 and the closing date will be 6/1/16. All proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm eastern standard time (est) 6/1/16.
