Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about June 13, 2016, to Install Tray Collector Buildings 24 at the Bath VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A6-13-623. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to install a new tray collector and modify the existing dish room area located at the VA Medical Center in Bath, New York. The General Contractor shall be responsible for: All demolition, removing and relocating existing food service equipment, installing all new food service equipment including supporting utilities and patching and painting as required. This contract shall include other items as shown on the contract drawings and specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $36.5 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
