- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal on Landscaping Services for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, Palo Alto, California. This procurement is for a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 15. All responsible parties may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is June 15, 2016 and closes July 7, 2016 at 10:00AM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 10:00 am.
