Description

TITLE: Provide and Install two (2) new air conditioner unit compressors per the statement of work at USCG Sector San Francisco, Bldg 100 roof, 1 Yerba Buena Island San Francisco, CA, 94130 1) The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 2) Provide all materials, labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the work listed in the specifications. 3) This solicitation is considered Construction and is conducted as an unrestricted RFQ. The NAICS is 238220. Construction Wage Requirements Statute Wage Determination (formerly Davis Bacon Act Wage Rates) will apply and are attached. 4) The Magnitude of Construction is MORE THAN $25,000. 5) ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING OR VIA EMAIL TO TYRONE WHITEHEAD AT THE ADDRESS IN BLOCK #7, TYRONE.E.WHITEHEAD@USCG.MIL, OR VIA FACSMILE AT (510) 437-2793.
