Description

J&A Redacted RFP Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The entire synopsis/solicitation is provided as Attachments to this post. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," this will be a sole source procurement with Rockwell Collins Inc. The approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is provided as an Attachment. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84.
