Attachment 5: Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 4: DD 254 Item 13 Continuation Attachment 3: DD 254 Attachment 2: Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 1: PWS DoD Leadership Support Services Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, DoD Leadership Support Services HQ0034-16-R-0221 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DOD LEADERSHIP SUPPORT SERVICES HQ0034-16-R-0221 The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301, intends to procure DoD Leadership Support Services for the Historical Office of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for this requirement, with one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The anticipated performance start date is September 20, 2016.
