Description

Schedule of Items R6 Contracting North intends to award a contract for the procurement and delivery of: five (5) slip on portable fire pump units with a 75 gallon tank and two (2) 75 gallon tanks only. Payment will be made after receipt of items and acceptance. The method of payment can either be by Government purchase card or by Purchase Order. Contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database for award. Contractors who are not currently registered or need to re-activate their accounts are encouraged to do so they can be considered for award. DESCRIPTION OF PORTABLE SLIP ON FIRE PUMP UNITS AND TANKS: Pump: 4 stroke engine with a minimum of 6 ½ H Tank: 75 gallon polypropylene with removable top, furnished with bottom mount tabs and construction of ½" UV stabilized black polypropylene, baffled to NFPA specifications, stainless steel flanges, 3" sight gauge, 1.5" drain, ½: full poly mounting pad Plumbing: Two Suctions, 1 ½" tank to pump, 1 ½" auxiliary suction (NST), and ¾" live for hose reel discharge pump to tan, 1" to pump from tank (bypass)., All hard plumbing to be stainless steel, all control valves will be accessed from rear of unit, flex hose installed between pump and plumbing to allow for quick pump end removal, manual, hand crank hose reel, holds up to 50' of ¾" id hard rubber hose DELIVERY DATE: Desired delivery date for all items is August 1, 2016 or soon as possible thereafter DELIVERY LOCATION, POINT OF ACCEPTANCE: Snoqualmie Ranger District, North Bend Compound, 902 SE North Bend Way, North Bend, WA 98045 DELIVERY NOTIFICATION Contractor shall provide advance notification by contacting MJ Crandall (360) 802-5310 prior to delivery of items. The Government will be responsible for offloading items at the compound. Contractors shall note that as a Federal Agency, we do not pay state or local sales tax.
