Description

Amendment 2 addresses the Q&A, PWS and COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION INFORMATION: (1). The Q&A is updated to include the following: Q23 includes the following ""Microsoft is the preferred platform on which the predictive modeling and the tools used to build, verify and operate the model will run; approval of alternate platforms will be granted strictly on a case-by-case basis". (2) The Performance-Based Work Statement is updated as indicated: 5.1.5 - includes the following: "Microsoft is the preferred platform on which the predictive modeling and the tools used to build, verify and operate the model will run; approval of alternate platforms will be granted strictly on a case-by-case basis". (3). The COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION (W9133L-16-R-00SP) is updated as indicated: Item 6. CLIN 0001 should read: CLIN 0001 Suicide Awareness Description: Encompasses trend data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities. Refer to Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) for requirement details. Non-Personal Service FIRM-Fixed Price (FFP) FOB Destination Provide a breakout of labor category, labor rate (fully-burden) and total price/cost.
