Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant award will be an Firm Fixed Price award using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. (ii) This solicitation is No. N6328516T1513 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-088 and DFARS Change Notice 20160510. (iv) This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 334310 - Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services v) Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) has a requirement to upgrade the Christie Digital Systems, Equipment Maintenance Services and Project Management Services located at the Russell Knox Building, Quantico, VA. This upgrade includes purchase, installation and maintenance of various audio/visual equipment. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR COMPLETE PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND CLAUSES.
