- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if interested, Government shall consider all responses. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intents to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with C-Motion,Inc, Germantown, MD. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICS code for this 511210. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register to SAM, please access the following website https://www.sam.gov/.
