- Request for Task Order 0001 Request for Quote for IDIQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. The successful offeror will be selected through a competitive process, using the evaluation criteria and the evaluation process described in Solicitation MCC-16-RFQ-0163 and MCC-16-RFQ-0164. The solicitation number is MCC-16-RFQ-0163 and represents a request for quote. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired can be found in the Statement of Work, included herewith as described below. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be the Millennium Challenge Corporation, 1099 Fourteenth Street, NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20005-3550 and FOB point of destination. Any questions concerning this solicitation should be submitted electronically to Walter Pemberton by email pembertonwe@mcc.gov by Thursday, June 30, 2016. In any question/questions submission include in the subject line the following: "MCC-16-RFQ-0163 and MCC-16-RFQ-0164 - MOBILE DEVICES QUESTIONS". Responses to all questions submitted will be posted as an amendment to the Request for Quotes on www.fbo.gov. The due date for quotations is Wednesday July 13, 2016 at 12:00 PM EST. Quotations shall be submitted electronically to Walter Pemberton, (202) 772-6836, pembertonwe@mcc.gov. Offeror's must include in the subject line: "MCC-16-RFQ-0163 and MCC-16-RFQ-0164 - MOBILE DEVICES". This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 517911 with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-87. A Firm Fixed Price/Time & Material contract is contemplated. The period of performance consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), as required by FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management. If you are already registered in SAM, you are hereby advised to review your information to ensure that your registration is complete and verified. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. If you have an updated version of Representations and Certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website, you can include a statement reflecting this in your offer rather than sending a hard copy. Your offer must be clear on this point. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
