- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-16-T-0386 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 Requested Software maintenance must be Juniper Care Next Day Support items under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Award All or None See RFQ -Please complete attachment: Section K. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-16-T-XXXX) on your quote. Award is expected July 15,2016 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by 5:000 pm est on July 3, 2016 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
