Description

Synchrony (TM) Cochlear Implants Special Notice to Award; Synchrony TM Cochlear Ear Implants Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W91YU0-16-T-0153 to Med-El Corporation in the amount of $55,900.00, for Med-El Synchrony TM Cochlear Ear Implants products for use at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that can provide the stated supplies/equipment can submit the supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
