- The Facilities Management Section located at Moore Air Base in Edinburg, Texas is seeking information concerning the availability of qualified commercial sources to provide specialized ceiling materials to include: SO SANGRID SG 201 12' Main Tee 20PC/CRTN White 240 L/FT; SO SANGRID SG 202 4' Cross Tee 30 PC/CRTN White 120 L/FT; SO SANGRID SG222 2' Cross Tees 30 PC/CRTN White 60 L/FT; SO SANGRID SG203 12' Wall Angle 20 PC/CRTN White 240 L/FT; SO SANGRID C-20 Wall Anchors 100 PC/CRTN White; SO SANGRID C-21 Connector Clip 100 PC/CRTN White; SO SANGRID Hold Down Clip C25 100 PC/CRTN White; SO KEMPLY Laminated FRP Fluted Polypropylene 2X2X.40 White; 12' 12GA Hanger Wire Galv 50 lb Grip-Rite 12HW1250. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only. The responses will be used as market research to identify potential sources in support of the Government's requirements. Contact with Government personnel, other than those specified in this notice, unless approved by the primary contact is not permitted. This Sources Sought notice is not to be considered a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information provided should be clear and specific to the Government requirements. The information requested by this notice will be used to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the Agency. Any information that is provided in response to this is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. All responses and inquiries pertaining to this notice shall be via email only to: veronica.serrano@aphis.usda.gov and should be provided NLT July 16, 2016. If your company is capable of supplying the Government with the necessary requirements please respond in an email to veronica.serrano@aphis.usda.gov providing a draft to include: 1. complete company name, 2. company address, 3. primary point of contact, 4. email and phone address. You will also be required to provide: (a) Cage Code and DUNS # (b) Approximate annual gross revenue and numbers of employees (c) Any small business status for example, 8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned etc. (d) Evidence of business reliability and responsibility in adhering to the terms and conditions of a Government award and providing quality merchandise, accurate quantities in a timely manner in support of the Government's mission. The general definition of a small business in one that is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in the field of operation in which it is proposing on the US Department of Agriculture; and the average annual receipts do not exceed $5.5 million in accordance with the NAICS Code. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving Government contracts and need not respond. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), Contractor's must be registered in SAM prior to award. Contractors may obtain information on registration at h ttps://www.sam.gov, there is no charge to Contractors for registration.
