- This is a Draft Solicitation being posted to assist the Government in developing their Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). It is highly encouraged to send any questions or concerns you may have to the POC for this posting. Answers to questions will not be posted on FBO. All relevant responses will be included as part of JBER's market research for this requirement. Also note, some documents are place holders for the official documents. All documents are in draft status and are not to be viewed as official soliciation documents. For example the Wage determination is a placeholder, as the current wage rate may/will change prior to soliciation/award. This Amendment is to close the draft solication. If you have any questions after the close date you may still email them to the POC.
