Description

Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-648-4385, PR 00063691682. This is small business set aside, firm fixed price definite quantity, competitive acquisition for 271 each. Configuration Control applies; NAICS 336413. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Delivery Schedule: 260 days ADO. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Progress Payments are authorized for this procurement as conditions at FAR 32.501 and 52.232-16 have been met. An LTC is not appropriate for support of this item at this time due to current stock position. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
