- Wage determination Document PWS Solicitation Document COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation ("synopsitation" hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a "Firm-Fixed Price" contract for a commercial service, i.e., Liebert Air Handler, In-row Chiller and Heat Exchange Maintenance. The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the provisions in the Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsitation is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a proposal that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopcitation; (2) that receives a rating of "Acceptable" on the Techinical Capability evaluation factor; (3) that submits the proposal with the lowest total evaluation price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is fair and reasonable. The government reserves the right to award without discussion or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of the proposals received and (2) the price fair and reasonableness of proposal received. An organized site visit is scheduled for 27 JUL 16 at 1000 hrs; government personnel will meet all interested vendors in the parking lot of the Hope Hotel at gate 12A. Contractor's are required to RSVP for the site visit to (SrA Lorali Hickson and MSG James Schmitt) at the email addresses below 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date. In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 - Site visit (Apr 1984) attendance is recommended for clarification of the project. RSVP should include individuals name, driver's license number, state of license, date of birth, and company name.
