Description

This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center, Walla Walla, WA is seeking potential sources to provide all in-vitro diagnostic substances in order to perform Urinalysis testing on site. Contract period will be date of award, 10/1/2016 thru 9/30/2017. The VA is seeking potential sources to provide these services. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing; Standard size is 500 employees for small business size standards. Requirements: "IQ Lamina "iQ Control/Focus Set "IQ Calibrator Pack "Iris Diluent "Iris System Cleanser "Urine Chemistry Strips "Velocity Wash Solutions "CA/CB/CC Chemistry Controls Set "CalCheks Responses to this notice should include the following: 1.Name and address of firm 2.Point of contact 3.Size of business 4.DUNS Number 5.Any pertinent information which demonstrates firms' ability to meet the above requirement.
