- Offer Submission Package Q88 Information E QAPs C QAPs Terms Applicable to Biofuel/Alternative Fuel Blend Contract Line Items Section 526 Technical Requirement Feedstocks Eligible for CCC Funding Evaluation of Offers for Biofuel Blends Equal Value Exchanges of Fuel Agreement F76 Traceability Signature Sheet Small Business Subcontracting Plan Solicitation package This is the solicitation for the annual Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore procurement. The ordering period is date of award through March 31, 2018. The delivery period is April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018 with a 30-day carryover. The Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) 2016 purchase program was originally synopsized under the number SPE600-16-R-0061 on June 23, 2016. Requirements for the IEG 2016 purchase program are now being solicited under the number SPE600-16-R-0714, due to EBS now automatically assigning a solicitation number. All amendments to follow will be posted under this new solicitation number of SPE600-16-R-0714. The method of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline. The total estimated quantities are as follows: Turbine Fuel Aviation, JP8 (NSN 9130-01-031-5816), 600,000 USG Turbine Fuel Aviation, JP5 (NSN 9130-00-273-2379), 176,880,000 USG Turbine Fuel Aviation, JAA (NSN 9130-00-359-2026), 861,159,000 USG Fuel, Naval Distillate, F76 (NSN 9140-00-273-2379), 133,010,000 USG If you are a designated small business in accordance with 52.212-1, please remember to make sure your SAM designation is correct.
