- Wage Determination Evaluation PWS Tasks Required This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is 192116VEL00PO0006 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561720, business size standard is $18.0 million. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract/purchase order for this requirement. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a janitorial services requirement for a modular office located at 1701 S Columbus Highway, Deming NM 88030. This requirement is for janitorial services for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The Performance Work Statement (PWS), task requirement, evaluation and service wage determination are included as attachments to this notice. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Janitorial Services for the duration of the contract period. In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide a quotation on company letterhead and include with the bid schedule detailing the monthly pricing and references. (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references). Price and Past performance will be evaluated to determine the quality of the quoters demonstrated performance on work similar in size, scope and complexity to this requirement.
