Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for two (2) instantaneous potable steam to hot water converters, vacuum breakers and steam traps to be delivered and installed FOB Destination to the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS code: 332410, the size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Industry Inc. 1000 Deerfield Pkwy., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 for this procurement due to the integration with the rest of the water system for the facility and the building management system A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
