- Dental operatory rooms require the equipment below according to the Department of Veterans Affairs PG-18-9: Space Planning Criteria Veterans Health Administration August 14, 2014 Washington, DC 20420 Revised: October 01, 2015 Warranty: warrants of equipment for 3 year and 1 year cabinetry. Installation: Vendor Note: Delivery of equipment will be by moving van, blanket wrapped, pre-assembled Justification: New building activation. Equipment listed is required to complete 33 Dental Operatory Suites. Rooms are designed to meet the needs of dental care and ergonomics in the work setting.
