- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Standby Generator Services, Naugatuck River Basin THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of standby generator inspection, maintenance and repair services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Standby Generator Services for each BPA Call under this agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of this blanket BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities.This solicitation will be available on or about 11 August 2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
