- the vendor must provided services in at least one of the cities/towns included in the map. The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the District of Connecticut intends to procure services for defendants (male and female) supervised in our district. This announcement of solicitation is posted on the Federal Business Opportunities/FBO for Vendors and our public website. The procurement procedure will involve the use of blanket purchase agreements. Required services will include Provision of Shelter, collection of copayments from defendants and case management. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly show that 1) they can provide the required services; 2) such services will be provided by a qualified staff as defined for each identified (X) service in the RFP, or as noted in the locally defined services, and 3) the services will be provided in one or more of the city/town identified in the catchment area (see attached map). The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to our agency's public website http://www.ctd.uscourts.gov/ctp/ on or before August 12, 2016.
