- The U.S. Embassy Pretoria would like to invite interested building contractors to site visit scheduled for Monday, 15 August 2016, regarding the Roof Sheeting Replacement to be done. A compulsory tender site visit/briefing will be held at 10:00 AM at 221 Neptune Road, Erasmusrand, Pretoria The scope of work comprises: 1. The establishment of site and removal thereof on completion 2. Temporary removal and store of two solar geysers mounted onto roof 3. Removal of existing roof sheeting, gutters and downpipes and spoil 4. Modifications to roof trusses and bracing 5. Installation of new "Klip Tite" roof sheeting complete with flashings 6. Installation of gutters and downpipes 7. Removal of existing ceilings and replace with new Nutec ceiling 8. Re-installation of solar geysers 9. Commission and handover Company profile should be submitted and should include the information listed on the actual quote document.
