- RFQ Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The US Naval Hospital Guam intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Three (3) Brand Name or Equal; Hill Rom Progressa Critical care beds with pulmonary surface, intellidrive system, and IV pole - Part no. PRO-885. Please see attachment for further details. This procurement is set-aside to small businesses only. NAICS code for this solicitation is 339112. Contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. The website address for SAM registration is www.sam.gov. Responsible sources must be active in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration), provide DUNS number, Cage Code.
