This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about August 8, 2016. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VAMC, currently has the need for solid waste pick-up and disposal for the main facility located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.Proposed solicitation number is VA246-16-Q-1244. This contract is expected to be a base plus four option years. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
