- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeks to lease the following space: 4,362 Usable Sq. Ft. of space consisting of 1,870 USF Office Area and 2,492 Warehouse, with an outdoor fenced secure 1,500 sq. ft. wareyard which can accomodate 10 utility trucks and some storage. The office and warehouse do not necessarily need to be contiguous, but must be located within a 1 mile radius of each other. The wareyard will be co-located with the warehouse space. The proposed spaces must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full description of these requirements is available upon request. A fully serviced lease is required. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE FAA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, AND THE FAA WILL NOT REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Expression of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: (1) 1. Name of owner; 2. Age of building; 3. Total existing gross square feet, 4. Site plan depicting the building and parking; 5. Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; 6. Identification of on-site parking; (7) 7. Address or described location of building; 8. Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; 9. Evidence of ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; and 10. Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building.
