Description

Solicitation-W81XWH-16-T-0360 Past Performance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-16-T-0360. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses https://acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/sitemap.html. The NAICS code is 493190 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This is a Full and Open Competition requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. USAMRAA on behalf of the United States Army Medical Maintenance Agency requests responses from qualified sources capable of installing two Vertical Lift Module storage systems at Hill AFB, UT. The end user will be responsible for - all electric runs within 15' of proposed Vertical Lift Module unit and final electrical hookup connections from the system motors to the electrical disconnects.
