This contract will be created as a base year with the possibility of four option years. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit their bid offer no later than August 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. via email to the Contracting Office, Cynthia Machuca at cynthia.machuca@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
