Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation PWS 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Brand Name or Equal commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333994 – Furnaces and ovens, semiconductor wafer, manufacturing. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small bussinesses. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Mangement System (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, in order to be considered for award. 3. (d) Comptroller General Examination of Record. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
