- Request for Lease Proposal package General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:DC City:Washington Delineated Area:Foggy Bottom: •North: K Street NW •South: Constitution Avenue NW •East: 18th Street NW •West: 23rd Street NW Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Minimum:2,405 Sq. Ft. (ABOA) Maximum:2,600 Space Type:Office and related space Parking:Offered space must have sufficient general parking as required by local code requirements Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:6 Years Additional Requirements:•Offered space must be in one contiguous block on a single floor •Offered building must have the ability to accommodate ISC Level III Security Requirements Authorized Contacts:GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, Cushman & Wakefield. Offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the attached Request Lease Proposals and Lease, including requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards by the required occupancy date per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Initial offers must be submitted in writing no later than August 26, 2016 and include all submittals requested in the RLP package.
