- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 6,608 ABOA SF and 20 surface parking spaces. This 6,608 ABOA SF breaks down into the following approximate square footages: o 3,983 ABOA SF - Office space o 2,625 ABOA SF – Warehouse space Parking – A total of 20 surface parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alternations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be located in a 100 or 500 year flood plain. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below: Starting at the northern most point, the intersection of Spring Road & Route 51, continue south east along Route 51, continue along Route 51 to when it becomes Route 51 / 5th Avenue, which then becomes Route 51 / State Avenue, continue south until it becomes Route 51 / Coraopolis Road, continue southeast as the road then becomes Route 51 / Old Fleming Park Road, continue southeast as the road then becomes Route 51 / Island Avenue, continue southeast as the road then becomes Chartiers Avenue, continue east on Locust Street, which then becomes West Carson Street, which soon becomes Route 51 / West Carson Street, continue to follow it south along the Ohio River until Route 51 / West Carson Street merges with Saw Mill Run Blvd., continue to follow Saw Mill Run Blvd. south until it becomes Route 19/ Saw Mill Run Blvd., continue to follow Saw Mill Run Blvd. southwest until it becomes Route 19 / Banksville Road, continue to follow Route 19 / Banksville Road southwest until it abuts with I-376 / Penn Lincoln Parkway / US 30, continue to follow I-376 / Penn Lincoln Parkway / US 30 west until it becomes I-376 / Penn Lincoln Parkway / US 30 / US 22, continue west until it becomes I-376 / Airport Parkway, continue on I-376 / Airport in a northwest direction until it intersects with Economy Grade Road, follow Economy Grade Road southeast until it intersects with Spring Run Road Extension, follow the Spring Run Road Extension northeast until it intersects with Brodhead Road, follow Brodhead Road east until it intersects with Spring Run Road, follow Spring Run Road north until the intersection of Spring Run Road and Route 51 (starting point)
