The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Illinois City:Chicago Delineated Area:North Boundary:South side of Bryn Mawr South Boundary:North side of Grand Avenue East Boundary: Lake Michigan West Boundary:Kedzie Avenue South to I-90/I-94 to Grand Avenue Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.:13,500 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 10,000 Space Type:Medical Office/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total):~75 (dependent on location) Full Term:20 Years Maximum Firm Term:10 Years Maximum Govt. Termination Rights:90 days' notice after firm term Occupancy Required By:11/01/2018 Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with an estimated 75 parking spaces (dependent on location and availability of public transit) for the exclusive use of the Government and its customers.
