- TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in York, Pennsylvania SOLICITATION NO: 16-Reg3_6PA0183 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X – Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: Pennsylvania City: York Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of I-83 and Rt. 182. Proceed north on I-83 until the intersection with US-30. Head west on US-30 until the intersection with PA-74. Head north on PA-74 until PA-921.Head east on PA-921 until PA-295. Head north on PA-295 over I-83 until Conewago Creek. Head east on Conewago Creek until the Susquehanna River. Head south on the Susquehanna River until Codorus Creek. Head southwest on Codorus Creek until Furnace Road/Hwy 1008. Head south on Furniture Road/Hwy 1008 until Tower Road. Head southwest on Tower Road until Freysville Road/Hwy 2001. Head south through Hellam on Freysville Road/Hwy 2001 until the intersection with PA-24. Proceed south on PA-24 until the intersection with PA-74. Head west on PA-74 until the intersection with PA-182. Head west on PA-182 until origin. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,846 Space Type: Office and related Term: 10 Years Firm Agency Specific Requirement: (including GOV parking) 5 2 secure parking spaces are needed. If surface parking is provided it must be surrounded by an 8 foot secure perimeter fence with an anti-climb feature. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg3. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any “Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next Open Period is September 1, 2016 to September 7, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. This ad will be open only during that period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg3 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
