This amendment is for Offerors within the competitive range, and is allowing them to revise proposals. The revised proposal submittal should only include areas of the initial offer package that have been added or revised (please include all information, original or new, that demonstrates changes in context). In order for the technical evaluation board to note all additions and revisions, please point out narrative alterations by highlighting the new verbiage. Further, the revised proposal should include a summary of changes and table of contents at the beginning of each volume. Note that changes to pricing forms do not need to be highlighted. 1.File labeled: "Schedule B - Revised August 2016" has been revised and shall be replaced with the attached file labeled: Schedule B - Revised July 2016 2.File labeled: "Schedule C- Revised March 2016" has been revised and shall be replaced with the attached file labeled: Schedule C - Revised July 2016 Express Mail, Regular Mail or Hand Delivered to: Public Properties: Two (2) CD's of all Technical Revisions (Volume 1), including renderings, and two (2) CD's of all Pricing Revisions (Volume 2); and one (1) hard copy of both the Technical Revisions, including renderings on standard-size paper only, and Price Revisions shall be sent to Public Properties at the address below. All documents shall be properly signed and executed. Hard copies shall be indexed in 3-ring binders and separated. CD's shall be submitted as one single PDF document; the PDF must have bookmarking capability.
