- Description: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Pothole Repair Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Pothole Repair Services for each BPA Call under this agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of this blanket BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities. The location of the work includes Cape Cod Canal Project areas where fieldwork is required are located in the towns of Bourne and Sandwich Massachusetts. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36,500,000. The project will be set aside for Small Businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District. Please note this solicitation is set aside for certified small businesses. This is not a request for proposals at this time, the solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the response date will be available on or about mid-August 2016. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the New England District.
