- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Illinois City:Evanston Delineated Area:North Boundary:South side of Central Street, extending east to Lake Michigan South Boundary:North side of Howard Street East Boundary:Lake Michigan West Boundary:East side of the Crawford Avenue, extending east to Lake Michigan Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.:13,365 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 9,900 Space Type:Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total):Minimum 75 reserved Full Term:20 Years (tentative) Firm Term:10 Years (tentative) Occupancy Required By:09/08/2017 (tentative) Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 75 reserved, on-site parking spaces. The space must be first-floor contiguous.
