- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0126 will be issued as a Request for Quatation on or after 10 Aug 2016 (JST). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, and DPN 20111207. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 812320 and the business size standard is NTE 7 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 3001, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005 & 4006. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) Validation unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0126. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D.
